Meeting the Customers Needs

photos by Andrew Scrivani

In the service industry we try our hardest to meet the customer’s needs, but as experts we are also here to honestly guide the customer to the best end result that will benefit that need.

On my last photo shoot, my client was adamant about taking photos in the direct sunlight; needless to say I’m sure you can guess the results of the images…washed out and blah! A fine lesson for all, work with your clients and show them examples, sometimes your word alone will not convince a persistent customer.

My Camera’s are NOT Enjoying the Hot Weather as Much as I Am!

It’s reaching 90 degrees in Boston for the second day. I am thrilled that summer has arrived in all its glory, but unfortunately my camera is not!

This past week I was lucky to have six photo sessions that ranged from senior pictures, a graduation celebration, engagement announcements, 1st birthdays and family photos. Most of these photo sessions were out in the elements and as the temperatures rose, so did little problems with my digital cameras, which I did not anticipate.

The article attached was very helpful to me. Whether a professional or just a lover of photography, these tips should help you capture those summer images that will last a lifetime.
